Diabetic chocolate usually contain polyol, which is a carbohydrate (i.e. sorbitol), excessive consumption of which can still raise glucose levels. Moreover, polyols can also work as a laxative, which can lead to a puffy, unpleasant sensation and digestive problems. Read the label and limit your consumption to no more than 50 grams of sorbitol or 20 grams of mannitol per day, so that you do not get diarrhea from your diabetic chocolate bar. Even diabetic chocolate require moderation similar to consumption of any chocolate and sweets. Generally, diabetic chocolate is the answer to people suffering from diabetics – this chocolate can be a part of healthy diet and help add some variety and taste. Diabetics and chocolate can go together, which is a great relief, since candy and chocolate is among the most craved food items for those recently diagnosed with diabetics.

Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe

Build-a-lot 3: Passport to Europe is an incredibly addicting game that has all of the elements that made the first two Build a lot games fun plus some great new additiions to the game play. This game is fast paced and almost constantly challenging, on any number of levels I ended up replaying it, and admittedly I wasn’t able to get expert on a few of the levels. The good news is if you’re stuck, you can skip to any level and you can go back and replay it later, and if you want a break from campaign mode you can head into casual mode where you can play around and take as long as you need.

If it gets too hectic, though, you can always pause the game to collect your thoughts until you’ve worked out a strategy for tackling the level.

Build-a-lot 3 really has great replay value. If you are at all interested in real estate/construction strategy game play or enjoy strategy games I really think you should give this game a try. It’s just great!crisis’s, you can’t collect rent on the property.

My Thoughts on Steve The Sheriff

Steve the sheriff is a fun hidden object games set under the sea with fun mini games and many of the familiar spot the difference style puzzles. What I liked about it was that they did and excellent job of bringing these elements together without them feeling disconnected. The objects that you are looking for aren’t just a random list of objects, but they all have relevance toward the goal for the level.

The look of the game is great, it has a light fun feel to it and the objects are well drawn and well done and although each scene is busy, its not a cluttered mess like some hidden object games. I didn’t feel that I had to have my face 2 inches from the monitor in order to find what I was looking for.

The mini games were a nice break within the game play, granted, they’re still mini games so it’s not like you’ll see anything revolutionary from a game play stand point. I found them to be fun, but if you don’t like the mini game you have the option to skip it.

Overall, I found it to be a fun hidden object game, in fact I think it’s at least as good if not better than most, so if you like a good hidden object game and enjoy spot the difference games this should provide you with many hours of entertainment.

My Thoughts on Hidden Mysteries Buckingham Palace:

Hidden Mysteries: Buckingham Palace has great graphics and decent sized objects, the only major complaint that I have about the Hidden Object genre as a whole is that all too often game developers seem to equate tiny objects with challenging gameplay, I personally find that this just ends up giving me a headache, so I’m happy when I can find one where the objects aren’t so tiny. Fortunately, Hidden Mysteries: Buckingham Palace doesn’t have this problem.

It seems like each new HOG game has a new twist on the gameplay and Hidden Mysteries did a great job in developing a creative three-tiered hints system where you spend Hint Credits to buy different levels of hint. One hint credit reveals an item’s silhouette, three credits shows a picture of what the item looks like, and five hint credits will reveal the item’s location.

What’s more, certain key items on your list can be added to your inventory and used to solve puzzles by clicking on “hotspots” in the scene – such as using a lighter to light a candle after you’ve placed it in a candelabrum.

I’ll admit that for my tastes, the story isn’t the most important element for me when enjoying a game, if I want to hear a good story told I’ll pick up a great book, but Hidden Mysteries: Buckingham Palace doesn’t really try to weave together a story line, instead each level provides you with some related factoids.

My only other complaint was that for hidden object games, I like to have the ability to skip the mini games, most hidden object games provide the opportunity to skip the mini game, but not in the case of hidden mysteries. It’s not a major complaint, and perhaps I’m getting to set-in-my-ways, but I like the option to skip, especially if I’m enjoying the hidden object levels.

The last game that I played was Steve the Sheriff, and one of the things that I like about it was that the objects felt like they belonged in the scene. My only real complaint about the Buckingham palace game was that many levels feel like the objects have no business being in the location and certain levels come across as being a collection of out of place objects that simply don’t belong in the location.

Overall, Hidden Mysteries: Buckingham Palace is a good hidden object game with an clever hint system, but it’s a game that could have been even better if a little more thought and effort had gone into storyline, item context, and how items were placed in the scenes

My Thoughts on Fishco:

Even if you’ve never owned an aquarium, I think you’ll find that Fishco is a great game that you will have fun with and enjoy playing. It’s has 40 levels with each level requiring you to fufull different objectives ranging from buying fish eggs, raising the baby fish and making sure that you feed them the appropriate food. You will need to keep you fish tank clean and when necessary, flush the fish that don`t survive. Each level has a time limit that keeps the gameplay interesting and challenging. Granted, if you don`t like the pressure of being on the clock, you can always opt for a relaxed mode of play that let`s you play at your own pace. Once you`ve unlocked the games Sandbox mode, you get free reign to customize your tank with all of your earned goodies, such as plants, lights, filters and so forth.

There is a great variety of fish to choose from, and what I found fun about the game was the level of detail that they’ve included within the game. You can fill your tanks with plants and ornaments that make your fish happy and make you tanks look great. You can upgrade you lights and water filters and even the fish behave like they would in the real world, I kept wondering why all of my tetra’s were disappearing until I realized that they were all getting eaten by my Cichlids!

The graphics are good and the game play gets more rewarding the longer you play, or at least it did for me J .
